Department Profile

The college started in the year 1965 with two pre degree courses which offered History and Civics. Prof.A.ThankappanNadar was the first faculty of the department of political science when the department was bifurcated from the department of history. The department offers complimentary courses for the CBCSS students of History and Economics (main).
